That stuff runs deep, and it doesn't shift just because you eat less sugar for a month.

In this pillar we go after the beliefs that have been holding you back, the ones diet culture planted, the ones society reinforced, the ones you've been carrying around for years. We rewire how you see yourself, how you talk to yourself, and how you show up. Because when your mindset shifts, everything else follows.

I'll build you a training plan that works for your life around your job, your family, your energy levels, injuries, travel, all of it. Home, gym, or a mix of both. And if something isn't working, we change it. That's the whole point of working 1-1, nothing is set in stone, we adapt as you do.

This is where 1-1 coaching really earns its place.

I check in with you properly, not automated messages, not a generic weekly email. Real, personal support from me, built around what's actually going on in your life.

Every Sunday you'll fill in a weekly check-in form. It's how I keep tabs on how you're really doing, what's working, what needs adjusting, where you need more support. From there I'll give you specific points to focus on for the week ahead, tweak your training if needed, celebrate the wins that have nothing to do with numbers, and book in a mindset call or drop you a voice note if you need a pep talk.

I also check in on Wednesdays and Fridays, just to make sure you're getting on ok and you're not struggling in silence. And my inbox is always open during working hours if you need me in between.

Think of The Hub as your toolkit for the hard moments, available any time, not just when I'm online.

My Journey

I spent most of my teenage years at war with my body before I even had the language for what was happening.

What started as an undiagnosed eating disorder quietly became a way of life, restricting through the week, bingeing on weekends, picking my body apart in the mirror, over-exercising until I was completely exhausted. I genuinely believed I wasn't worthy of being accepted unless I was thin. That I had to earn my place by shrinking myself.

No diet fixed it. No amount of exercise fixed it. Because none of it touched the actual problem.

The shift happened when I finally started working on my mind, not just my body. When I stopped treating food as the enemy and started understanding why I was fighting it in the first place. That's when everything changed.

And now it's the work I do every single day with my clients.

If any of that sounds familiar, I get it. Not in a "I've read about this" way. In a "I've lived it" way. And that's exactly why I know this works.

FAQ's

Do I need a gym membership?

Nope, helpful if you have one, but not essential. You can make real progress from home. As you go, a few basics like resistance bands or adjustable dumbbells are worth having, but we start with what you've got right now.

Do I already need to be fit?

Not even slightly. You don't need to be fit to start — that's literally what this is for. I'll meet you exactly where you are.

I don't live in the UK, will this still work for me?

100%. Everything is online. Wherever you are in the world, if you've got a phone and internet, you're good.

Will this fit around my busy life?

Yes — this was built for busy people. Everything is shaped around your life, your schedule, your capacity. We make it work, whatever that looks like for you.

Is there a minimum commitment?

There's a minimum of 3 months — because real change takes time, and anything less won't give you enough space to unlearn old habits and build new ones that actually stick. Most of my clients stay for 4-6 months, and for those who want to keep going, I have a graduate programme available at a reduced rate of £175 a month. Because once you're in this, you won't want to stop.

When can I start?

As soon as payment is complete, you're in. You'll get your welcome pack straight away and I'll start building your programme once you've filled in your lifestyle questionnaire. Your onboarding week starts immediately.

What's the difference between 1-1 and a generic plan?

Generic plans are cheaper and usually one-size-fits-all. A plan lands in your inbox, maybe some targets, and that's about it. Most of my clients come to me after trying exactly that and still feeling stuck.

1-1 is a completely different experience. Everything is built around you, your goals, your history, your life. You get personalised check-ins, real support, and someone who actually knows what's going on with you week to week. You'll feel seen in a way a generic plan never could.

Yes, the investment is higher. So is the impact.

Do I need to track calories?

No. Calorie counting can be genuinely triggering and it's not how I work. We use a mindful approach that helps you tune into your body instead of obsessing over numbers.

Do you do set meal plans?

Honestly? No, I find them rigid, boring, and useless for real life. Everyone has different tastes and dietary needs, so a one-size-fits-all plan was never going to cut it. There's a meal planning guide and recipe inspiration to help you build something that actually works for you though.

What's the investment?

1-1 coaching is £300 a month with a minimum commitment of 3 months. After that, if you want to keep going, you move onto my graduate programme at £175 a month. I also offer flexible payment options, just drop me a message and we can chat about what works for you.
