Do I need a gym membership?
A gym membership can definitely be helpful, but it’s not essential. You can make incredible progress from home using bodyweight workouts to start. As you progress, I’d recommend investing in a few basics like resistance bands or adjustable dumbbells for variety and challenge. We’ll work with what you’ve got!
Do I already need to fit?
Not at all. You don’t need to be “fit” to start, that’s exactly what coaching is for. I’ll meet you where you’re at right now and guide you step-by-step toward your goals, no matter your starting point.
I don’t live in the UK, will coaching still work for me?
Yes, 100%. My coaching is fully online, so as long as you have access to the internet and a smartphone, we can work together wherever you are in the world!
Will this fit my busy lifestyle?
Yes — this is built for busy people. Everything we do is shaped around your life, schedule, and capacity. Whether your time is limited or unpredictable, we’ll find a way to make it work without the overwhelm.
I have tried lots of plans before, what makes this different?
Great question, because I really care about all my clients and want you to succeed.
I have a lot of experience with helping women overcome the all or nothing approach to be able to finally ditch the yo-yo dieting.
This is about mindset coaching as well as a nutrition and exercise, which is often the missing piece for a lot of people.
Do I need to track calories?
Not at all, I know calorie counting can be triggering for a lot of people, so we have our mindful method to help.
Do you do set meal plans?
No meal plans as I do find them ridged, and not helpful for different tastes and dietary requirements. And a bit boring TBH! however there are examples and a meal planning guide.
