Frequently Asked Questions

What's the investment?

£150 if you grab the early bird, after that it's £200. Get on the waitlist early and you'll lock in the lower price.

When does the next intake start?

The next round kicks off 11th May. MisFIT Club runs every couple of months, so if you miss this one there will be another — but spots are limited each time.

How do I sign up?

Join the waitlist and I'll be in touch when doors open, about 2 weeks before the start date.

What's included?

You get access to a private community group, the full course, and webinar, everything in one place, ready when you are.

How much time do I need each week?

There's no rigid schedule here. I'll give you a few tasks each week to work through in your own time. Busy week? Still in. That's the whole point.

Do I need a gym membership?

Nope. Helpful if you have one, but absolutely not essential. You can make real progress from home. As you go, a few basics like resistance bands or adjustable dumbbells are worth having but we work with what you've got right now.

Do I already need to be fit?

Not even slightly. You don't need to be fit to start, that's literally what this is for. I'll meet you exactly where you are.

I don't live in the UK — will this still work for me?

100%. Everything is online, so wherever you are in the world, if you've got a phone and internet, you're good.

I've tried loads of programmes before. What makes this different?

Most programmes tell you what to eat and leave you to figure out why you keep ending up back at square one. MisFIT Club works on the actual cycle — the all-or-nothing thinking, the guilt, the restrict-binge pattern that no diet has ever touched. That's the missing piece. That's what we fix.

Do I need to track calories?

No. Calorie counting can be genuinely triggering, and it's not how we work here. I use a mindful approach instead, one that actually helps you tune into your body rather than obsess over numbers.

Do you do set meal plans?

Honestly? No, because I find them rigid, boring, and useless for real life. Everyone has different tastes, different dietary needs — a one-size-fits-all meal plan was never going to cut it. There are examples and a meal planning guide to help you build something that actually works for you though.

What if I'm not sure I'm ready?

You don't have to be ready. You just have to be tired enough of where you are. That's enough.
